As a prospective IT specialist (m/f/d) for data and process analysis, you will support our team in the development of data-based solutions for digital work and business processes and ensure the availability, quality and quantity of data.

Wir suchen einen Apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for data and process analysis

These are your tasks:

  • You will support our developers in the planning, preparation, execution and implementation of diverse development and software projects in the web area, primarily in the Java programming language.
  • In addition to informing and advising customers, you will work with the standard software of renowned product providers on the conception and implementation of customer-specific software applications and get to know state-of-the-art technologies and web services.
  • Alongside the development, creation and support of IT solutions and the operation of IT systems, you will gain detailed insights into successful project management.
  • You will learn how to carry out and document quality assurance measures as well as how to implement, integrate and test IT security and data protection measures.
  • You learn to analyze work and business processes and to compare and select suitable tools for process optimization.
  • You analyze data sources and provide data.
  • You use data to optimize work and business processes and to optimize digital business models.
  • You implement data protection and data security measures in projects.
  • You provide services until the order is completed as well as successful customer contact through your involvement in projects.

Your profile

  • At least a very good secondary school diploma
  • A quick comprehension, logical and abstract thinking, talent and pleasure in solving problems
  • High level of commitment, enjoyment of working in a team and a high willingness to learn
  • Enjoy working with computers, the Internet and initial experience in programming
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with the expectations and wishes of customers
  • Fluent in written and spoken German, good English skills
