Our 35 employees design and develop digital platforms for SMEs and larger companies with a focus on B2B and B2C. We look back on more than 20 years of experience in the digital world. IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you will work with our internal software development specialists to design and develop sophisticated, high-quality web solutions for our customers. As an IT project manager, you will make a decisive contribution to the success of the project and create customer experiences with a lasting effect. This brings you joy?

Wir suchen einen IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

  • You plan and are responsible for the implementation of medium and large projects in the web environment.
  • You work your way into the customer requirements, get to the bottom of them from a business and technical point of view.
  • You will conduct the requirements gathering for the respective project. This includes leading workshops, conducting interviews and creating concepts based on the findings.
  • You act as a contact person for our customers and coordinate the communication with all stakeholders.
  • You coordinate interdisciplinary specialists who work on-site and virtually distributed at one of our three locations or in the home office.
  • You ensure project controlling and optimize budget, quality and implementation time.

Your profile

  • In the last few years, you have already been intensively involved in the technical project management of web projects and digital experience platforms.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in technical project management of diverse, interdisciplinary and flexible teams.
  • You have knowledge in agile, but also classic project methods (e.g. Scrum, Design Thinking or Waterfall).
  • You are able to explain complex contexts in an understandable way in professional as well as technical concepts.
  • You convince with communication skills in German, English and French (optional) as well as a competent appearance.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong sense of quality and a methodical and structured approach.
