UX-UI Web Designer (m/f/d)

User Experience Design is your passion and you like to work in a team? You have already successfully implemented and designed several projects? You master different digital applications and brand experiences (web, mobile, apps) from strategy to fine concept?

Then you are exactly the motivated person we are looking for!

Wir suchen einen UX-UI Web Designer (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

  • You develop target group-oriented UX concepts by means of user flows, wireframes and prototypes for responsive web, desktop and mobile applications.
  • You analyze and evaluate user feedback and suggestions for improving the user experience, in close collaboration with our project managers.
  • You create prototypes (e.g. with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, InVision) and conduct internal and external user tests.
  • You analyze and optimize the information architecture and interaction concepts of our applications and websites.
  • You organize workshops to concretize concept ideas.

Your profile

  • You have a degree or comparable education in the design field as well as several years of experience in structured UX design.
  • You have creativity and a sense for high-quality design. You also follow the "mobile first" idea and have very good knowledge in the areas of interface design and usability.
  • "Design Thinking" and "User Centered Design" are not unknown to you.
  • Ideally, you have a basic knowledge of the possibilities and limitations of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, so that you have a basis for working with our developers.
  • You have experience in using qualified user research methods.
  • You are very familiar with design and prototyping programs.
  • You are a team player with an independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working.
  • You have very good German and English skills.
